All locomotives, cars, and accessories are in good to excellent condition and are from the modern era, the exceptions being:  Chicago Northwestern 4-6-2 #21085 (1)(S)(American Flyer), Green #395 floodlight tower (1)(O/O-27)(Lionel).  The Chicago Northwestern 4-6-2 #21085 steamer is from the 1950s or 1960s and the green #395 floodlight tower is from the 1950s.
